Payment Terms

• Payments are due upon completion of the project or service unless otherwise agreed.
• Accepted methods of payment include cash, check, credit card, and electronic transfers.
• For larger projects, we may require an upfront deposit or structured payments based on milestones.

Estimates and Pricing

• Estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before commencing work.
• Prices are subject to change based on adjustments in project scope or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

• Notice of cancellation must be given at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of any service.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before service may incur a cancellation fee.
• Deposits for materials or specially ordered items are non-refundable.

Warranty

• Mint Builders General Contractors provides a one-year workmanship warranty from the date of project completion.
• Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and products used, which are separate from our workmanship warranty.

Liability

• Mint Builders General Contractors’ liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide clear and safe access to work areas.
• Ensure the accuracy of information provided regarding project scope and specifications.
• Obtain any necessary approvals or permits unless explicitly agreed upon otherwise.

Privacy

• Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, used solely for communication and project management, and never shared without explicit consent.

Amendments

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.

Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Orange County, Florida.
